At Vis Foods, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Vis Foods product you may request a refund, credit, or replacement product within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return for refund, credit or replacement, please contact our Customer Service Department at hello@visfoods.co. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail your product to HealthForce SuperFoods, or provide other information to assist Vis Foods in processing your request and maintaining the highest standards possible.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase. This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to any lapsed subscription that was not canceled in time. Vis Foods reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Vis Foods concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Vis Foods may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
